Dawn was known for being a calming influence throughout the home buying and selling process, helping clients navigate one of life's most important decisions in one of the country's most competitive real estate markets. With more than 20 years of experience serving clients in Seattle, she understood that staying balanced, informed, and focused was often the key to successful outcomes. Her clients valued her accessibility, clear communication, and steady presence, knowing that no challenge the market presented was one they couldn't work through together.
For Dawn, home was about more than real estate. It was about putting down roots, building community, and creating a life filled with meaning and connection. Her own roots were firmly planted in West Seattle, where she invested her time and energy in the people and organizations that mattered most to her. She supported local businesses through the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce and Business Network International and championed the arts through ArtsWest.
Outside of her professional life, Dawn enjoyed golf, cherished time with friends, and was devoted to her beloved dog. She leaves behind a legacy of professionalism, generosity, community involvement, and genuine care for the people she served. Her impact continues to be felt by the clients, colleagues, friends, and neighbors whose lives she touched throughout her remarkable career.
