Forte Members pay dues annually. Future renewals are paid through closings or by a single payment. These members receive 100% of their gross compensation.
Prelude and Encore brokers contribute 25% of gross compensation to the firm at closing. 10% goes into brokerage operating costs, 10% goes into the brokers savings account, and 5% goes toward the renewal for the sponsoring member. Prelude savings are applied to future Membership dues, while Encore savings are set aside as a retirement bonus.

All revenue is direct into the service and staffing that the members want to prioritize.
