Meet Ian
I am a Pacific Northwest native and a recent Portland transplant. Prior to joining Ensemble, I spent three years in the staffing industry where I recruited engineering, human resources, and supply chain professionals. It was an amazing chapter in my life and taught me the hard skills necessary to be successful as an operations manager.
I am originally from Astoria, Oregon. I’ve always loved athletics and was fortunate enough to receive a baseball scholarship to Concordia University in Portland. I received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in sports and wellness management.
Working in real estate has been immensely satisfying and my background in athletics is surprisingly applicable. Success depends on an effective game plan, and supporting your teammates is absolutely essential. The values my dad taught me include “others first,” an approach I continue to live by in supporting the Ensemble brokers with their business needs.
