As the former Director of Education and training at L'Oréal USA, Kristine spearheaded national recruitment, training, and brand development initiatives, implementing systems that significantly boosted sales. After 23 years in the beauty industry, she partnered with her sister, Lisa, to establish The Milkovich Team, a powerhouse known for its commitment to continuous learning and client education. Inspired by top industry coaches, Kristine and her Team empower clients with market knowledge, helping them make confident, informed decisions.
Kristine proudly serves as a National Delegate Board Member for the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and contributes to multiple charitable fair housing organizations. As she continues her real estate journey at Ensemble, she remains dedicated to supporting clients, fellow agents, and the industry while fostering the award-winning client first reputation she has built with her Sister Lisa and their Team.
