I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes for more than 22 years, and I still bring the same energy, competitiveness, and attention to detail to my work today as I did when I started.
Before entering real estate, I spent a decade at Honeywell, where I worked with Fortune 500 flight departments, leading marketing initiatives and representing aviation products and services at industry trade shows across the country. That experience taught me the value of exceptional customer service, clear communication, and mastering the details—skills that continue to shape the way I serve my clients.
Early in my real estate career, I adopted a simple philosophy: everything matters. From preparation and marketing to negotiation and follow-through, I believe small details often make the biggest difference. To challenge myself and better understand my own potential, I attended a Dale Carnegie seminar and set a goal to sell 30 homes in my first year. Not only did I achieve that goal, but the final home I sold that year happened to be to Dale Carnegie's daughter. It felt like a fitting reminder that when you set ambitious goals and commit fully to serving people well, remarkable things can happen.
Today, I continue to focus on delivering thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and exceptional service for every client. Whether helping a first-time buyer, advising a growing family, or navigating a complex sale, I approach every transaction with the belief that relationships matter, details matter, and the experience matters.
