Meet Mariko

As a Pacific Northwest native and licensed real estate broker, I bring together marketing, operations, and client care to support every aspect of the real estate experience. I lead marketing for The Milkovich Team, managing social media, creating monthly newsletters, and developing polished listing materials that help our properties stand out and reach the right audience.

Behind the scenes, I help keep everything running smoothly by coordinating transactions, working closely with title and lending partners, managing budgets, and organizing client events. I enjoy creating systems and experiences that make the process feel organized, seamless, and stress-free for both our clients and our team.

Whether I'm developing a marketing strategy, supporting a transaction, or planning an event, I take pride in bringing creativity, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to everything I do. My goal is to help create an experience that feels professional, personal, and enjoyable from beginning to end.
