Phillip toured our house for one hour (with a tenant living in it) and noticed every minute detail. We were blown away and knew this process would go well. With their recommendations and contractors we renovated the entire unit in just over a month including; paint, kitchen counters, bathroom counter, fireplace tiling, and bathroom tiling. Their taste was impeccable and when it came to selling the unit it was sold in 36 hours for exactly the asking price! On the home buying side Billy worked diligently scouring the listings in the area after we talked through what we were looking for and what were our must haves and nice to haves. As with all buying in Seattle it can be hit or miss on locations and a tough battle to find a great house. Billys feedback was invaluable when it came to neighborhoods, what to look for in terms of red flags and what things would really be green flags.
