As a former leader of operations in the steel industry, I am accustomed to being accountable for all aspects of the job for myself and my team. I bring this same level of accountability to the entire process of buying or selling a home. When I started in real estate, rates were rapidly headed north on the heels of the greatest appreciation cycle in history. The market was quick to respond. After record gains and the highest number of homes sales in more than a decade, sales dropped by nearly 1/2 in just two years. That's was the reality I entered into, and I faced this challenge head-on.
I learned a tremendous amount about real estate those first couple of difficult years. I discovered that tenacity and accountability are words that inspire me, not intimidate me. Clients deserve a partner who won't give up on them, who will see that they are always cared for, and who puts their needs at the front of every decision. Real estate is life-changing work, and I am honored to be part of it.
I was born and raised in the PNW and have been a Seattle resident for over 20 years. When not practicing real estate, I'm probably exploring outdoors with my beautiful family, volunteering in West Seattle, or sneaking in a ride on my motorcycle.
