Meet Cait
As a Seattle native growing up in two generations of a family passionate about real estate, home improvement and investment properties, I developed an early appreciation for the value of homes and the endless possibilities they hold. It fostered a deep connection to our beautiful city and the desire to create spaces that truly make a difference in people's lives.
While my degree in Communication Studies and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago helps me to develop effective strategies for clients looking to achieve their home-buying and selling goals, being the daughter and granddaughter of successful brokers has been my true Real Estate 101.
Working alongside my mom and fellow TeamUp member Melissa Clark to make a difference in the lives of our clients is an honor I cherish; and my grandmother Joanne’s career as a successful Seattle agent with John L. Scott and Madison House is a constant reminder of the legacy of service I strive to uphold.
My outside-of-real-estate passions include cooking, baking, skiing, and the newest addition to our home, our poodle/lab mix Bailey.
