What started as a retail job during my college years at University of Oregon quickly became a fulfilling two-decade career with Designer Home Furnishings, where I held roles including director of stores, regional and area manager, and general store manager. The most rewarding aspect of each experience was collaborating with wonderful individuals, guiding and empowering them to personal growth and success. Eventually, though, I needed a change that would rekindle the joy in my professional life.
I moved to Seattle in 1995, and the shift I sought came with a new career in real estate and the support of Michael Ackerman, the broker who’d assisted me with buying and selling properties in Seattle. His mentorship led to my joining his team, a dream-come-true opportunity. Working alongside Michael, Melissa Clark, and Cait Greeley is a privilege. TeamUp Seattle is a cohesive unit fueled by our shared dedication to delivering top-tier service to all our clients.
I find fulfillment and exhilaration in searching for properties for my clients and in helping them refine their ideal wish list. Witnessing the joy on their faces when they discover their perfect home is immensely satisfying, so I do everything possible to ensure their dream is realized, leveraging my extensive market knowledge and crafting tailored offer strategies. We leave no stone unturned in securing the outcomes our clients desire and deserve.
In my off-time, I pursue my other obsessions: Mid-century modern architecture and furniture, watch collecting and home renovation – I’m an admitted serial remodeler.
