Mike has been in the real estate profession since 1978. He owned Duvall Realty, which merged with Coldwell Banker Bain in 1994. Mike was the president and CEO of the Landover Corporation, which owned and operated Coldwell Banker Bain and Coldwell Banker Seal, one of the largest real estate companies in the United States and the largest Coldwell Banker affiliate in North America at the time. His roles with CB Bain I Seal included managing its mergers and acquisitions and executive vice president.
Mike oversaw the integration of CB Bain I Seal into a united Coldwell Banker Bain serving Washington and Oregon. Under his guidance the company expanded to more than 30 offices and 1,200 brokers, stretching from Bend to Bellingham. Mike was the COO and president of the firm until stepping into the CEO seat in 2020, where he remained until the sale of CB Bain to Coldwell Banker Realty in 2022.
He served 23 years on the board of directors of PSMLA/NWMLS, one of the largest independent broker-owned MLS in the country and was its past chairman. He was also the founder and chairman of Interbank, an FDIC-insured community bank.
Though now retired from active real estate leadership, Mike maintains relationships with industry icons across the United States. Ensemble is grateful to have his invaluable insight and inspiration embedded in our organizational DNA.
