Ensemble celebrated its first anniversary in style with a surprise visit to the Paramount Theatre in downtown Seattle. With our name in lights on the marquee, we gathered on the grand stairs to capture a moment of reflection on our evolution as a firm.
The State of Washington authorized Ensemble as a brokerage on April 13, 2023. In fewer than six months from idea to inception, a brand new independent real estate company was born with a beautiful brand identity, a Seattle office, and three full-time employees determined to transform lives through exceptional professional services. The only thing missing were real estate brokers!
Two weeks later, our first broker joined the firm, and in May our first buyer closed on their new home. June was a busy month as 12 more brokers came to Ensemble and our first pink and purple For Sale signs were planted in yards throughout greater Seattle. It was a period of constant learning, excitement, and creativity as each of us left large, well-established established real estate offices and stepped into an entirely new way of doing real estate. And, through it all, kept selling lots of homes!

Twelve months later, we find ourselves standing in the lobby of the Paramount. We’re now a team of 26 making our mark on our hometown. Ensemble has become the top selling independent brokerage of our size in Seattle. But our priorities are not focused on market share or getting bigger just for the sake of growth.
