Meet Kale
Kale is a lifelong Washingtonian who grew up in Renton and moved to Maple Valley for school. He interned with one of the top-producing real estate teams in the area at age 15 and immersed himself in the business, preparing for the successful career he enjoys today. At age 21 he jumped in and joined that team full-time. Kale has been passionate about his work ever since.
Currently living in Downtown Seattle, Kale possesses a deep knowledge of King County’s most popular residential markets. He believes homeownership is one of life’s greatest assets and is devoted to helping buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate goals. Kale has assisted clients in all phases of life including first-time buyers who turned into move-up buyers using their equity from their first purchase. With exceptional experience in new construction, Kale has represented high-end builders and served clients by connecting them to new communities.
Keen listening skills, attention to detail, and an eye for design add to his outstanding qualities. “Real Estate can be a daunting experience and is a monumental event. My goal is to always approach a client relationship as an advisor who educates them one step at a time while making them feel at ease. I don’t take the trust they place in me lightly, and work very hard in their best interest.
Superior service and results have led Kale to enjoy a thriving business based on referrals and repeat customers. He is highly ranked in his industry as well. In 2018 Kale was recognized by the Seattle King County REALTORS® with the Young Professional Achievement Award, and in 2021, Recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® as a 30 under 30 Honoree, a prestigious honor highlighting 30 top performers in the U.S. He later, elected to Young Professionals Network Chair first for Seattle and then the entire state of Washington state, he traveled the country to conferences and meetings, to advocate for his industry. Kale is additionally a Founder of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. Outside of work he enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, or brunching and antique shopping with his partner.
